Services
Project Management
We offer project management services to our clients, commencing from project initiation till closeout. We are often engaged early enough to be involved in developing the Business case and the Benefit management plan, as well as to develop the Project Charter. We work with the client to engage qualified consultants during the design stage, and also manage the procurement process during the construction stage and ensure that appropriate project management methodologies are employed to successfully carry out the project. Our project management services, though hinged primarily in the Built Environment sector, have grown to serve various other sectors of the economy, including health and education.
Construction Management
Under our Construction Management service, Bokem Multiprojects serves as consultants in the early stage of the construction project. The experience of our team positions us to effectively represent our clients particularly during early stages of complex and complicated projects, when little information is available, to provide necessary technical and managerial expertise that guides the design considerations, establish quality baseline and controls cost of material used/specified, and oversees the entire construction process; to ensure successful completion of the projects to the satisfaction of our clients. The added advantage we facilitate is that our clients usually have the pleasure of featuring in the project picture only during the session of project brief with us, and then during the project handover, enjoying the desired respite in-between, while being adequately informed at every stage. Our construction management service consists of: cost, quality and time management; our technical and management expertise give us the edge of ensuring the project is completed to the satisfaction of our clients.
