Worked with designer and team to create the approved blueprint for the space, to the satisfaction of the client

• Worked with other stakeholders - The Town (Building owner), PCL Contractors (Main Contractor for the entire building), Main Mechanical & Electrical contractors for the entire building

• Selected, appointed and supervised the work of all subcontractors on the leasehold project. 

• Generally managed the entire design, construction and handover of the leasehold improvement project to the complete satisfaction of our client.
